Adrian Kwiatkowski is an experienced advocacy professional with a career spanning over twenty years. He has distinguished himself with his knowledge of local, state and federal government. Adrian helps clients that need to keep abreast of the constantly changing political and business environment and has a keen understanding of the political landscape with developed strategic relationships.
Adrian Kwiatkowski is the Vice President CEO of Non-Profit Management and Public Advocacy at Bartell & Associates. Prior to joining Bartell & Associates in 2011, he was the Vice President of Government and Public Affairs at The Monger Company for over ten years. During his career, he has been the project manager for numerous high profile controversial public policy campaigns, including the San Diego Needle Exchange Program, San Diego Strong Mayor Campaign and Seal Protections in La Jolla. He has provided pro-bono political and strategic consulting to the San Diego chapter of the American Lung Association in successfully advocating for the Smoke Free Beaches and Parks ordinance. Adrian has extensive experience representing high profile clients such as General Dynamics NASSCO, Carnival Corporation & Plc, The Corky McMillin Companies, the Seal Conservancy and manages numerous non-profits as the president CEO.
Adrian Kwiatkowski has an extensive portfolio of community involvement and honors. In 1996, he was the Democratic Party nominee for California State Assembly, 75th District. In 2007, he was nominated to serve on the City of San Diego Charter Review Committee by the Mayor and the City Council. His representative leadership roles include the following organizations: Downtown San Diego Partnership, Rancho Penasquitos Town Council president, San Diego Community Leaders Council, San Diego 2000 — City Charter Group, San Diego Charter Change Committee, San Diego County Taxpayers Association, Social Advocates for Youth (SAY) San Diego, City of San Diego Elections Task Force, San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and he has been the president of the Hillside Colony Homeowners Association since 2013. Adrian was a candidate for San Diego City Council in 2020.
Adrian Kwiatkowski grew up in San Diego and lives in the neighborhood of Mission Hills with his fiancé Ray Thomas and their two dogs Archer and Isa.
